Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account details used for deposit wherever possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice. Processing times vary by method and are indicated on the Wallet page.

All bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules published alongside each event. Odds are subject to change up until a bet is matched or accepted; once matched, a bet cannot be cancelled unless the market is voided.

In the event of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or data feed error, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake, regardless of whether the bet has already settled.

Results are determined based on official data from recognized sporting bodies. In the event of a dispute, our settlement decision, made in accordance with published market rules, will be considered final.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beteliteexchange is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
